Outside of my work in mental health, I enjoy reading, tending to my garden, and watching baseball. I find peace in my craft space where I can try new things and have a creative outlet. I am a mom to four sons in a reconstituted family and enjoy watching them grow into adults who pave their own way. My three boxers, Ivy, Rossi, and Freddie, bring joy and (lots of!) energy into my life. I balance these things with relaxation in my hammock or snuggled up with a good book.
